About our founders
Charles Campbell
Pastor Charles Campbell is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Restored Life Fellowship Church and The Joseph Project Citywide Food Bank in Moreno Valley, California and serves as both a Palliative and Hospice Chaplain. Pastor Charles attended Berean Bible College, Oral Roberts University and King's Seminary. Pastor Charles has served in ministry for over 40 years and is a gifted speaker, teacher and coach. He has a deep love for God and His people and has worked diligently to share with others the tools needed for Biblically, healthy marriages, families and individuals. In his 40 years of ministry he has helped many people overcome pain and brokenness and find healing and wholeness in their lives so they may walk in the Fulness of who God created them to be.
Marsie Campbell
Marsie Campbell is a licensed marriage and family therapist working in private practice in Riverside, California.
She has been providing quality mental health services for individuals and families for over 30 years. She is a graduate of National University with a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She received a Bachelors degree in psychology from San Diego State University where she graduated with distinction.
In addition to seeing clients in private practice, Marsie has presented at various conferences and to general audiences speaking on topics such as: Building Healthy Marriages, Strengthening Family Bonds, Stress Management and Women's Issues.
With compassion and understanding, she works with individuals and couples to help them attain the personal growth needed to fulfill their purpose in God.
